Good Afternoon. I hope you are all having a wonderful, albeit a cold, week. Two weeks ago we started a year-long study in the New City Catechism. This is the same catechism which we are utilizing in our worship services on Sundays.
This week’s question is:
Question 3: How many persons are there in God?
Answer 3: There are three persons in the one true and living God: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. They are the same in substance, equal in power and glory.
Like in past studies we will be utilizing RightNowMedia. Below you will see a link to sign up (free) if you do not have an account. Sign up: http://tiny.cc/HarvesterSignUp
This week’s study can be found here: https://www.rightnowmedia.org/Training/Course/View/189928
Before and after watching the video I encourage you to either as an individual, family, or small group to participate in the Bible study which is below the video. Each video is taught by a prominent Reformed Pastor or Theologian. You can also type in your answers if you so desire and look back at them in future weeks.
If you would like to view additional resources for the New City Catechism, I encourage you to go to http://newcitycatechism.com/.
There is also a free app for iOS and Android (Search “New City Catechism”). On the app and website, there is also a children’s edition of the New City Catechism and resources, such as songs, to help memorize it. I hope you enjoy this year’s study.
